Join WTS Sacramento for our spring professional development event: a self-defense class taught by fourth-degree black belt Danny Pedroza. Note: professional development events are only open to WTS Sacramento members.

About the event
Join us for a WTS Sacramento self-defense class taught by Danny Pedroza! The two-hour course will be held Tuesday, June 27th starting at 5:30 pm at the DKS Associates offices. The course will cover tips to avoid dangerous situations, levels of escalation for self-defense, common weapons that can be used for self-defense, target areas to strike, and self-defense techniques to practice with a partner. Light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided during post-class networking. The class will be limited to a maximum of 30 participants and registration will be on a first come, first served basis. Attendees should wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes.
Danny Pedroza is a fourth-degree black belt and has been training in taekwondo for 17 years. He serves as chief instructor at Robinson's Taekwondo. Recent notable accomplishments include the United World Taekwondo Association’s Instructor of the Year award. Robinson’s was also awarded School of the Year and two of his students earned the title of National Champion as well.
