About the event
We are pleased to host our first in-person lunch program since 2020! This month's lunch program will be held at the Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) Board Room with an option to attend virtually.
Join us to hear from Victoria Cacciatore, Senior Transportation Analyst with SACOG about the Sacramento Regional Trail Network which envisions a network of connected trails across El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba counties. The six-county trail network focuses on equitably creating regional trail connectivity and increasing access to the destinations that support the vitality and livability of the region. SACOG worked with cities, counties, transportation and park organizations, and community-serving groups in the Sacramento region to shape the goals, outcomes, and envisioned connections of the regional network, which works to eliminate disparities in trail access and increase trail access to over 400,000 households.
