About the event

Join certified health coaches, Victoria Hatch, CPSM, and Tara Kinsella on a journey of awareness and assessment of the stress associated with our current work/life realities that can unknowingly thwart productivity and damage long-term health. Hear Victoria’s own work testimony of declining health and how she was able to turn her story around once she began working with a professional health coach (Tara Kinsella) who taught her the power of small and attainable habit installation. Victoria has now completed her own certification in that same program through the Villanova University School of Nursing.

In this session, Victoria & Tara will cover six important areas that lead to optimal health and how we can apply them in our current work/life realities. Learn countermeasures to detrimental habits and learn actionable items to mitigate stress. Regain energy and clear mindset by building in self-care to better manage the work/life demands of these unprecedented times. Stop surviving. Thrive!

When: Tuesday, October 27th, 5pm - 7pm
